The Board of Commissioners for the East Manatee Fire Rescue District will meet on the following dates for the 2026/2027 year, at 6:00 pm. The meetings will be held at 3200 Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Bradenton, FL 34211. The dates are:

- December 21, 2026
- January 25, 2027
In addition to the regularly scheduled meetings, the Board of Commissioners will also meeting on the following dates.
- August 11, 2026 at 8:30 am – Budget Workshop
- September 3, 2026 at 6:00 pm – Tentative Public TRIM and NAV Hearing
- September 22, 2026 at 6:00 pm – Final Public TRIM Hearing
